Gaining Skills, Graduating with Jobs

In the first year of the precision-machining and automation program at Sarasota Technical College, 100 percent of the students graduated with a job or job offer.

That fact caught the attention of Jeff Borrelli, a stay-at-home dad who was interested in returning to the workforce. After four years off from his career in management and sales, no employer would look at his resume.
