“After high school I went to technical school to become a medical tech assistant but couldn’t get hired by the hospital because I didn’t have six years of experience. I work at a development center for the disabled and like to help people. I’ve been working there two years and it’s been challenging because I’ve been moving around. There’s no opportunity for advancement and I want to keep moving up. Having training in the medical field will never go out. Money for school is a problem. I’m making just enough to live and can’t afford to pay for school.”
